You'd think you could counteract all the bad effects cream and coffee with not being able to eat that much meat, but it turns out that it doesn't help that much. My waistline is not happy here.
It's because bread and dairy are practically the only affordable things at the store! Fruits and vegetables - expensive and not always so great. Chicken - expensive. Fish - expensive. Beef - outrageous!
